1. Seller and scope

AMPORI is an online store operated by Angel Digital, 51 Imbiah Road, Singapore 099702. These Terms govern orders placed through this website for delivery to the supported destinations shown at checkout.

2. Product information

We aim to display accurate product names, photographs, specifications, compatibility notes, included components, stock and prices. Screen colours and scale may vary. Confirm device compatibility before ordering. Brand names of compatible devices, if referenced, belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement or authorised partnership.

3. Prices and order total

Prices are fixed and shown in Singapore dollars. The checkout shows the product subtotal, destination-based delivery charge and final order total before you place an order. We do not add a subscription or optional product automatically.

4. Order acceptance

Submitting checkout is an offer to buy. An order reference confirms receipt, not final acceptance. We may contact you to verify the recipient, serviceable address or product availability. A contract is accepted when we confirm fulfilment or dispatch. If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and no pay-on-delivery amount will be due.

5. Payment

The current checkout offers pay on delivery. Payment is made to the appointed carrier at delivery using methods supported by that carrier. Never send card numbers, banking passwords or one-time codes to AMPORI support.

6. Delivery, title and risk

Estimated delivery windows are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, weather, local holidays, remote locations or carrier events. Risk passes when the parcel is delivered to the recipient or authorised person at the stated address. See Shipping Information for destination charges and handling.

7. Returns and warranty

Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 14 calendar days after delivery. Defective, incorrect or transit-damaged products should be reported within seven days where practicable. The separate Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Products include a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects unless a product page clearly states otherwise.

8. Acceptable use

You must provide accurate order details and not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content, interfere with service operation or place fraudulent orders. We may cancel orders connected to suspected abuse.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by misuse or incompatible devices, or events outside reasonable control. Our aggregate contractual liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product, except where law requires otherwise.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s country. Contact [email protected] first so we can attempt a practical resolution.
