1. Who is responsible for your information

Angel Digital operates the AMPORI online store and is responsible for personal data collected through this website. Our registered office is 51 Imbiah Road, Singapore 099702. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to [email protected] or made by telephone at +65 2928 9933.

2. Information we collect

We may collect contact and delivery information, including your name, email address, telephone number, destination country, street address, city and postal code; order information, including products, quantities, prices, delivery charge and order status; support correspondence; basic technical and security information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, timestamps and security logs; and consent choices for analytics and advertising technologies.

We do not collect or store payment-card numbers. Orders in this version use pay on delivery.

3. Why we use it

We use personal data to process and deliver orders; provide order, return, warranty and customer support; prevent fraud and protect the website; meet accounting, tax, consumer-protection and legal obligations; improve the store using aggregated or consented analytics; and measure or personalise advertising only where optional advertising technologies have been allowed.

4. Consent and your choices

We provide notice of the purpose before collecting personal data. Information necessary to fulfil an order is used for that requested transaction. Optional Google and Meta tags are disabled unless you select “Allow optional” in the Cookie panel. You can change this choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.

5. Sharing and processors

We may share the minimum necessary data with hosting and security providers, delivery carriers and fulfilment partners, email and customer-support providers, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, and Google or Meta only if their optional tags are enabled. These providers act under their own terms or contractual data-protection obligations.

6. International transfers

Because we serve customers across Southeast Asia and India, order and support information may be processed in Singapore and in the destination country by delivery and support providers. We take reasonable steps to use providers and safeguards that provide a standard of protection comparable to applicable Singapore PDPA requirements.

7. Retention

Order records are generally retained for up to seven years where needed for tax, accounting, dispute and legal obligations. Support messages are generally retained for up to 24 months after the matter closes. Security logs are generally retained for up to 12 months. Consent records remain until replaced or no longer required. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal holds.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy of certain personal data; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; nominate another person where local law provides; or complain to a relevant regulator. We may verify identity before acting. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully completed and may not prevent processing required to complete an order or meet legal duties.

9. Singapore and India

For Singapore customers, we handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, including purpose notification, consent, protection, retention and transfer obligations. For customers in India, we apply the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and applicable 2025 Rules, including clear notice, purpose limitation, reasonable security, grievance handling and Data Principal requests, as applicable to our processing.

10. Security, children and updates

We use access controls, encrypted HTTPS transport when deployed correctly, server-side validation and limited data collection. No online system is risk-free. This store is intended for customers able to enter a binding purchase contract and is not directed to children. We may update this Notice and will change the effective date when material revisions are published.
